Eligibility

Authorized use
You may use Nerve only for lawful, authorized, and trusted operational workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that any systems, agents, accounts, credentials, or infrastructure connected to Nerve are owned by you or used with proper authorization.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, credentials, devices, tokens, keys, and any access mechanisms used with Nerve. You must notify us if you believe your account or access credentials have been compromised.
Security-sensitive workflows
Nerve is designed to support secure operational signaling, but you remain responsible for validating actions, reviewing operational controls, and maintaining appropriate safeguards around your infrastructure and workflows.
Prohibited use
You may not use Nerve to access, control, disrupt, damage, or interfere with systems without authorization. You may not use the service for abuse, malware, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, spam, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Encrypted payloads and content
Nerve is designed to route encrypted operational payloads. You are responsible for the content, commands, signals, metadata, and workflows that you create, transmit, approve, or connect through the service.
Availability
Nerve may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available for every operational scenario.
Third-party services
Nerve may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, notifications, diagnostics, security, and related infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
No warranty
Nerve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerve and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, or operational availability arising from or related to your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Nerve if we believe the service is being used in violation of these terms, applicable law, security requirements, or the rights of others.
