# Send-only notification secrets

A send-only notification secret should be able to send an alert and nothing else.

Nerve sender DSNs can send encrypted signals into one pipe. They cannot read history, decrypt previous payloads, connect as an agent, or execute commands. Signed actions use a separate agent credential path.
